Dr Ross is the best endocrinologist I’ve ever seen and Dr Buzzola is the worst by a long shot. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel more like a check box. The nursing staff are all absolutely incredible.
Saw Dr. Buzzola yesterday for the first time and he was outstanding. He took his time with me and gave me time to get all my questions answered. He was a great doctor who helped me understand all my medical issue.
I originally had an appointment scheduled for 4 months out, but when I called with a big emergency, they were able to put me on a cancellation list and they got me in the next day. The receptionist, nurses, and PA I saw were all amazing. They listened to my scary situation and immediately got me the resources I need. I saw Iley Copeland and he was very encouraging, and took me seriously when I presented an issue he had never heard of before. Dr. Ross is truly the warmest, kindest doctor I have ever met. I went to her when my primary care doctor gave me a thyroid cancer scare and didn't even call me directly to explain anything. Dr. Ross explained everything in full detail, drew diagrams so I fully understood how my thyroid functioned, and made me feel very taken care of. I was pregnant at the time so it was very scary and she was so empathetic and understanding given she also has young kids.
