One of the few ENT offices in the area that accept Keystone First and their are issues to mention. Firstly, the raspy voice old receptionist with glasses named Joanie is extremely rude and condescending! She has been like this to me nearly every time, and i see her treat other people like this every time im here. It is unbelievable that she gets away with talking to people like this! I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. Nothing has changed in the last 6 years. If you have money to waste and aren’t serious about finding a resolution to your or your families ENT issues, this is your spot.
