Pleasant staff . Every one willing to help.I prefer the Chester office because I live in Wallingford and only ten minutes from my home.It is very difficult for me to walk and the staff was very patient and very kind to me.It is difficult for me to go to Riddle and the other offices.
I used the Hearing Aid Center for a single sided hearing aid to help with my acoustic neuroma. Although the hearing aid has its limitations for my condition, the audiology staff has been very helpful and professional in follow up appointments, adjust my hearing aid and regular cleaning and maintenance. I have had audiology testing at Providence as but the last few were through another provider connected to my specialist for acoustic neuroma follow up.
They tell you if you have a problem go to the Emergency room even when they are open
