Terrible experience
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for over 20 years as my PCP. I saw him at his first location at Providence plaza. He was also my mother’s and grandmother’s PCP and knows my medical HX. Dr. Andrew Kim is great! Providence docters clinic, southern Oregon location and Karen, not so much. I got several notifications that they no longer accept my Aetna insurance, and don’t accept cash pay, therefore cancelling my 6 month recall appointment last minute. Worst doctor's in the valley. If you want help don't go here. They do not care about the patients well-being.
Scheduled an appointment for 04/30/24 back in November. Just received a call to cancel my appt because the doctor is leaving. Can get me scheduled for August. So that's a total of 9 months between when I originally called and when they can get me in and I still could get a call in July cancelling again due to the revolving door that these physicians go in and out of. There is zero consistency in this industry and they're paid the highest.
