My orthopedic surgeon wrote an order for an MRI that went to Providence on a Friday. I called Diagnostic Imaging the same day to schedule, even though my doctor told me that providence themselves would call me when they got the order. The phone line was just a voicemail box that asked me to leave a message and then warned me that it was taking 4 business days to return voicemails!
