This 1 star review is for the reception staff. After 10+ years I have stopped going to this office because of the rudeness, incompetence and laziness of the employees at the front desk. I've experienced this offices' slow, incomplete communication not just between the office and myself but also between my pharmacy and this office. Often waiting 1 week or longer for a response or a prescription refill to be processed on the offices' end. The level of care taken by the desk staff is nigh non-existent. They will book you out 6 months, message you to tell you your doctor is retiring and cancel your appt. Then make you wait another year to be seen. Don’t even bother trying to get seen here.
Dr. Minzer-Conzetti is a wonderful dermatologist. She always makes me feel at ease and goes over my moles… thoroughly and fills me in on everything going on. Each visit is quick and friendly. She always asks me if there are any spots I am concerned with and starts there. Appointments are scheduled way out so book early on. Highly recommended!
I would imagine it’s hit or miss with every medical clinic. Some doctors and staff you click with, other you don’t. I made my dermatologist appointment with Dr. Cyran who came highly recommended. Yes, it took a while to get in to see him (almost 5 months) but it was worth the wait. Dr. Cyran is very thorough with his work and had wonderful manners that you typically don’t find in other providers.
