Nice staff and always on time.
I waited almost a year for an appointment with this office, expecting the wait would be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The appointment itself was disappointing. After seeing the doctor, I was left alone in the exam room for so long that I eventually got up and walked out. I was pretty much told there was no reason or need for me to come in. As I left, several medical assistants avoided any interaction with me, and the front desk staff didn't even acknowledge that I was leaving. At the time, I wasn't particularly upset. ... read more
Dr John Yates is recommended. He really took some time with me and explained thi ngs and asked questions. He is friendly and has a very calm demeanor and can handle what's coming at him with ease. I even shook his hand bc I feel a little more trust now. He's very thorough.
