I would imagine it’s hit or miss with every medical clinic. Some doctors and staff you click with, other you don’t. I made my dermatologist appointment with Dr. Cyran who came highly recommended. Yes, it took a while to get in to see him (almost 5 months) but it was worth the wait. Dr. Cyran is very thorough with his work and had wonderful manners that you typically don’t find in other providers. I see Dr. Scheker for HS, and he is awesome! I’ve had bad experiences with other dermatologists in the past, but Dr. Scheker is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional; I would highly recommend him.

Established patient but haven't needed an appointment for 3 years. This makes me a "reestablished new patient" and I can't get an appointment for 6 months. Very helpful

I waited an hour past my appointment time before I saw the dermatologist (who I saw for 5 min). I received no update. I was just expected to wait in the lobby for an indeterminate amount of time. This is unacceptable. This reflects your values that your patients’ time doesn’t matter. Do better. I suggested to both the MA and the front office staff that they notify patients if the doctor was running over and, while I received an apology, it fell on deaf ears. No action was taken.
