I saw Dr. Lucas before Christmas to fill a prescription. It's now March 11 and I DO NOT have my medication. I have never been contacted by his MA even though I have left messages daily for weeks on end. At one point, I had a follow up that I stupidly wasted my time on. I asked why I hadn't got my prescription. She stated he wanted to wait until the follow up, but didn't have decency to call me back. Debra montowski will deny you medication. She does not care about you or your health. She is rude and always has been. Be sure not to make her your doctor, or pediatric.
My primary care doctor was at this facility, but I stopped going because of the scheduling mistakes I have experienced with the staff. Now I typically go to Heartland even though they don't take my insurance, the time saved and service are worth it.
I had a great check in experience in the red group. Bill Hartman explained his diagnosis thoroughly and answered my questions kindly and patiently. Highly recommend.
I went in this afternoon with my young child who I suspected came down with pink eye and he was so bad he couldn't wait until Monday. They confirmed the pink eye diagnosis plus an ear infection and quickly ordered everything we need to treat it. Everyone was so fantastic answering my questions and concerns. I was in and out and managed to pick up a prescription at superone faster than I could have hoped for.
