She showed up over 25 mins late for my appointment & didn’t even call to let me know she would be late. her office was a mess. she took my blood and then told me it was $75 (the normal rate anywhere else is $35) and that it was cash or check only. thank goodness i had cash in my wallet but it seems really unprofessional to not say that to someone ahead of time so they can come prepared. really bad experience.

Carol really is a lifesaver! I spent two hours trying to find a place to do a courtesy blood draw for a NutrEval test that I needed to complete. I called her desperate and frustrated. She told me she was very familiar with my test and said she could help me. She immediately gave me the first appointment available. She was patient, professional and painless. I highly recommend Carol and Providence Clinical Labs.

I use this lab for the blood work needed for my food sensitivity test. Carol and Marc are highly competent and can handle the most difficult stick . They're calm cool and collected. I highly recommend.

Carol is THE BEST Phlebotomist around. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I hardly knew she was taking vials of blood. I couldnt recommend her more highly.
