This has been by far the most disappointing and frustrating experience I’ve had with any medical facility. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic respect or empathy. When I asked to speak with the clinic manager about my concerns, I was bluntly told to “take it up with the Providence complaint line.” They outright refused to pass along my request or even ask the manager to contact me later. I have been a patient of this group for over thirty years. I am finally getting another doctor. They have made three near fatal mistakes concerning my husband. They have been no better when it comes to my care. It is a revolving door for doctors and their communication and follow through is abysmal. It is very difficult to renew prescriptions and they always blame it on the system.

I have been seen in this Clinic for 30 years. During that time I've had only two doctors and multiple residents. The culture in this Clinic is amazing. It is a teaching facility with doctors that understand that bedside manner is as important as skill and knowledge. I had to leave this Clinic due to insurance and the transition has been harder than my last divorce
