We’ve had a great experience with Kate for OT, but the office 24 hr cancellation policy is an absolute joke. We have had to cancel due to unexpected, last minute illness in our home twice (because it’s cold and flu season, kids symptoms can creep up quickly, because kids are inevitably getting sick during this time), and have now been penalized with never being able to reschedule a missed appointment again even in the event of unexpected illness. I bring my son here for occupational therapy and he loves it. I've noticed a lot of progress while he has been working with his therapist Jooim. She is such a nice lady and cares about her patients. My son always looks forward to seeing her.
