Yearly exam went well. Friendly, professional staff.
I came here to have April as my Dr. I had her before then she moved her practice out of Spokane so I got another doc. I am happy to have her again. The gals up front are awesome too!!! 😊🩷🤟
Front desk girls are very professional and good at checking you in quickly. Dr Barnes is an excellent Dr. Very thorough and always exsplains things to you. One of the better Dr's I've seen over the years. I very comfortable with her and her knowledge.
In all of my many visits to PCFM I have never once felt like I was rushed, ignored, or disregarded in any way. Honestly, the exact opposite is my experience every time. Everyone from the two front desk ladies, to my nurse, to the doctor we're both incredibly professional while making me feel like we had been friends forever. And, I always felt like I was the focus, not their phones (which is actually a pretty big deal now). My sincere appreciation to everyone who makes that office run like it does. You all are great!
