Did not have a good experience! Ultrasound tech was very disregarding and rude.
Here is some TMI, I had my first mammogram done, June 24. I don't see why you would need text reminders when you have a calendar on your phone. Also, being informed is great and is not rude at all. Why are people so sensitive? The only thing they should be sensitive to is if something is being squished. Which turned out to not be very painful. I called to find out why my doctor's office had heard nothing back about my imaging results, and ended up speaking to Cindy in scheduling, who was rude right from the start. I literally just started speaking and she cut me off. That's how the rest of the conversation went. She spoke over me and I could barely get my questions out. For the last few years the front desk women have always been rude and argue about why do you need a certain scan done. Life happens, shouldn’t matter how old you are. The only nice things i can say is there was a sweet blonde girl working here and this place is easy to schedule and get out of.
