Gave em 3 for getting my mother right in. However I wanted to be in the doctors office . As for the last few years I’ve taken her here I’ve sat in the truck. As my mother needs to get honest about some stuff and get it dealt with and nothing… they put me in a side room and pffft. Nothing … time to go. I walked into this " walk- in " urgent care center and was told that they were at full capacity ( even though my car was the ONLY car in the parking lot) also that there was only one Doctor on staff so come back in the morning or go to another urgent care center, and then added that there were no Nurses either.... well if that's the case then close up for the freaking night and don't waste people's time by asking them how they can help you before telling them that they have to go elsewhere!! Once again Providence impressed!! The front desk was welcoming and had time wait dialed in! Dr Mack and his MA treated my Urgent need with respect and care. X ray tech was gentle, respectful and quick. Dr Mark listened and collaborated with me on treatment and what worked for me. Appreciate Providence!!! Would give them a 5 but going to doctor is never a 5... is it!
