We had a great experience. The MAs were great and the doctor. The provider took me seriously and actually prescribed something that will help us get over this horrendous sickness we got. Highly recommend Providence Urgent Care.
I was frustrated with the amount of time waiting in the waiting room. Lobby was empty and like 4 to 5 people came in were taken back and a couple people left after my check-in. The receptionist should as courtesy let people know that rooms are full at time of check-in. Also, Providence should fix their “Reserve Now” feature on their website it never works when I need it to.
Very pleasant experience while not feeling great. Staff were very friendly and compassionate the wait time was short and the room and other areas were very clean, tidy and pleasant. Overall great atmosphere and experience
Great experience. Was seen quickly and the doctor was very thorough and communicated excellently Got in and out of X-ray in a very short time. It was such a compassionate and caring urgent care. Thank you.
