Horrible experience. My baby needed an echo so when I came in the receptionist on the echo side older gal, was so terribly rude so rude and fat that I told her I’ll need to reschedule and I left cried by the elevator for 10 minutes so upset that I’m dealing with so much with my son with poor health that this lady had no empathy or compassion to just be nice I called a week later to reschedule talked to a sweet gal named Mary told her the situation and unfortunately our call was disconnected called back and got somebody else ... read more
The care has declined in this clinic. Doctors one minute terrifying our family with diagnoses, restrictions, etc then glip their minds and reverse their opinikns and standards of practice almost every other visit! What happened to proper care!? Wondering if it is our piddly state funded health insurance thats causing them to care less??? Anyone else have similar problems!?

My daughter originally had an appointment scheduled the day before Thanksgiving for an echocardiogram and to meet with the doctor. I received a phone call from the office saying that they forgot to schedule the echocardiogram and needed to reschedule. The only time open that was workable was today at 3 PM and so I took that spot. My dad was actually going to take her for me because I needed to work and I couldn’t takeoff last minute.
