We schedule appointments and it’s always an issue.. a month ago a virtual appointment was scheduled and no one ever called or sent info for the appointment. Then I get told that we missed our appointment when I clearly have a card stating the appointment was a virtual appointment. Next, I was told that I missed an appointment when we had the appointment over the phone due to the snow storm. I will be filing a complaint against this place how dare there. My son can’t make decisions on his own due to his mental health and they push me out. Gave my child bad advice and cause him to attack me due to them giving false information. I can’t wait for Tuesday they will hear about this cause this is unacceptable
The counselors and therapists are great. It's one receptionist that is so miserable and and you feel like you are bothering her
I was referred to the Providence Center from my daughters pediatrician it took a little while for us to get in, but I am so thankful that she did. We have met with a couple of their therapists. I would recommend them all. She has also attended their day program which was amazing you can tell the Director in the staff really care about these kids and their jobs
These people can be very damn rude on the phone making my son an appointment omg the woman was so rude and nasty. We use to come here in the past but I stop cause they suck and don’t care about none of these kids mental health now I see why I left the first time. I will be filing a complaint with the state about this office
