My friend of 60 years was recently set up with this business through her caseworker. I don't know if it is poor management but I suggest you not use this LLC. I personally called them last week to request help for her. Two days later and after two calls from EMS a nurse arrived. She has since changed hospice care. My friend had a stroke and Providence didn't send a nurse for two days! She can longer talk to me. She is in pain and can't tell us what hurts. If it were up to me this place would be shuttered! My dad was on this hospice. They kept messing with his meds. Tried to get him to take meds that were making him sick and changing his skin-color, even after repeatedly taking it already... they gave me 100s of one pill claiming it was the same as another, but the one hurt him and the other... well it helped him but they limited that.
