Wow!! The people answering the phone are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Won't bother making an appointment. I'll have my referral sent somewhere else. If you don't like your job, get another one.
My md was horribly indifferent and dismissive upon news of some concerning new health issues. After making complaints about these matters I was promptly dismissed from office being told I would not be able to seek another Providence MD
I am appalled by the way my husband was treated this morning by the female receptionist. My husband spent a few days at the Heart Institute last week in A-fib and was told by them to go into the cardiology office and get blood drawn and and EKG- they said, NO appointment needed. He checks in and she was so rude and disrespectful to him bc he did not have an appointment. Shame on you lady! Horrible. I had a heart attack after I had seen them a few months earlier. They didn't even understand their own tests (I looked it up), which they rarely performed. Wasted 5 years going there.
