I am appalled by the way my husband was treated this morning by the female receptionist. My husband spent a few days at the Heart Institute last week in A-fib and was told by them to go into the cardiology office and get blood drawn and and EKG- they said, NO appointment needed. He checks in and she was so rude and disrespectful to him bc he did not have an appointment. Shame on you lady! Horrible. I had a heart attack after I had seen them a few months earlier. They didn't even understand their own tests (I looked it up), which they rarely performed. Wasted 5 years going there.
Negative experience. Your receptionist with the blonde hair and glasses was rude to me. There was a mixup with my referral and payment method, embarrassing and not my fault. The receptionist attempting to do my check-in was pretty civil, but the other one had a shaming attitude that was just uncalled for. As if all that mattered is Providence getting paid, not me as a person and patient trying my best to work things out. Very modern facility. Excellent access from the interstate. Plenty of free parking (on grade with entrance). Excellent care team.
