The front office lady who checked me in and obtained my insurance info was very pleasant and took care of me efficiently. I noticed the waiting room only had two other patients so I figured I wouldn’t have long to wait (My appt was at 3:00pm and I arrived at 2:45 as requested). Well, I was wrong and after waiting 35 minutes I asked how much longer I would have to wait. I have waited for over 45 days to get an appointment. I called to make sure the referral was received and spoke with a rather curt scheduler that told me that my referral had been received and they are dealt with in the order they come in. She said my file had not been made up and it has not gone before the review team yet. I was instructed to wait for a letter granting me permission to call for an appointment. The website says all medical staff are receiving new patients. Something is wrong here. I just wonder how many of t... read more

The ultrasound provider was beyond amazing I was very anxious coming in for an Eko she put me at ease during the appointment didn't catch her name but she was absolutely wonderful. The providers here are amazing they have put my anixtey at ease during my appointments
