They are the most horrible and messed up medical facility in the whole state of Oregon!!!! They threw me out of their ICU with renal kidney failure, because I refuse to sign documentation stating I was a drug addict! AFTER I had been drugged and sexually assaulted! I asked for a rape kit 3 times and they refused. I had to go all the way to OHSU and was in Tuality hospital for a week! Worst hospital ever. Their er is a joke and employees treat you like you’re a pos. I would rather drive an hour to another hospital than go to willamette falls.
RecommendedEveryone is amazing! They are so caring it’s almost a pleasure to be there. I was there for a total knee replacement Augus 2018 and just had the second knee done October 9, 2019 I’ve got the best orthopedic surgeon Terrance Sedgewick and PA David Emch. Both surgeries were a big success, the left knee done last year Is awesome and the difference it made is just WOW! Because their service is very poor...one can be dieing and they make you wait and wait. I wouldn't never recommend anyone to that Hospital.
Dont come here if you have vertigo. No one knows anything about it and they play the guessing game with the patient. They also gave my info out without any authorization. Guess they don’t believe in HIPAA

Worst hospital I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. Not going to get into details, but absolutely appalling treatment from staff and Lies from administrators saying insurance won't cover certain things if you do not comply with their BS. I'll wrap it up with MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT when you sign papers allowing them to treat you. A bunch of lying church mongering crooks. I will die trying to get to a Kaiser before going back to this place, and I wouldn't even take my dog to Kaiser. So that says something.
Went to the Er last with my husband was amazing care and great staff !!
I believe it's one of the best hospitals around .. My family & I have always been treated with the best of care. I've been in & out of the ER for the last 2-3 years and have never had any of us treated badly.
