The women's health therapist was very competent and professional. However, the front office are unfriendly and unprofessional. I purchased a piece of equipment for which I paid up front. The staff member processing my payment read my credit card number and expiration date out loud to the waiting room. Due to lack of communication with the product vendor and completely inaccurate instructions from the manager and front office staff, my reimbursement for the equipment is taking 5 months and counting.
