Honestly disappointed went here to get my son evaluated in December was sent a screeners questionnaire filled it out and sent it to jannete rey was told the info would be sent to me in email and never was I emailed her two times and called the building multiple times to where they were probably sick of me trying to get an update and never got one and today February 24th two months after I sent the screeners back to her she texts me asking if I sent it to her so yea very not happy with providence behavioral health they don’t ... read more
Since I've been working with Olivia Footer, as my therapist, all my experiences have been very positive. I've been with her for the past several months, and all of my visits with her is what I had expected and hoped for. She listens carefully to my needs and concerns. She asks relevant and important questions pertaining to my situation. Medications the she prescribed for me, has helped me tremendously. Highly irresponsible staff. Olivia Footer will not respond to my pharmacy about my prescription due to me missing my last appointment for work reasons. I rescheduled for a later date but for the cancellation she would not have my prescription refilled, this is so irresponsible. Abruptly stopping a person during treatment is not only irresponsible but dangerous. If you have any other option, I highly recommend to seek treatment elsewhere as I am now. Their cancellation fee is ridiculous but understandable.
Olivia Footer Psyciatric NP has proven not to be honest/not trustworthy, even when I specifically asked her things about my diagnoses she lied said to me she doesn't believe in labeling with diagnoses just treating symptoms which she definitely diagnosed me with things in my medical records that she lied to me about, and lied about side effects of medication (told me verbally not to read any side effects of the various prescriptions she wanted to put me on, and she lied alot on my medical records/therapy notes about all sort... read more
