I spent a week here in February 2019. The staff is very understanding and polite. They were accommodating and helpful with my medications and special requirements. John who works in 4 south (child and adolescent) was very nice to us and wanted to help us feel normal. There were really no bad staff members I encountered in my week here. Seeing the therapy dog that visits on Tuesday was very comforting. They offer lots of groups and activities for different age groups, but they do not have any sort of one on one counseling. If you can get into the CSS program try and deal only with Barbara V., Edna R. and Rachelle to handle your case or for real practical recovery skills. The 2 Michelles on staff are also great people.
