We’ve been going to Providence for several years now. We have two cars 2003 and 2013 starting to show their age. The team there have been fantastic resolving every car issue we bring to them with quality work performed. They are very prompt and bend over backwards when unexpected car problems happen and work us into their schedule. What impresses me most is they stand behind their work and make things right. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop these days that you can trust, I’m glad my neighbors referred me to them.
My family's been using Providence for years now - nobody else gets to work on our vehicles except for dealer-mandated updates. Nobody's *had* to. These guys have ALWAYS been quick and effective, and I've been able to trust them with my family's vehicles - when they say it's good, it's good. Pricing is great, response time and communication are on point, and they're just Good People. Like I said, any time I have any auto care needs, these guys get the call.
My neighbor told me about Providence Auto Care several years ago. I’ve been going to them since then for regular maintenance and repairs. I’ve found them to be reliable, fair and honest. They back up their work and are very reasonable with their prices.
