Bad place to work if your not white worked there for a year some of the tenants don't like black people the workers stab you in the back what I mean about that is I had and emergency maintenance call about a washing machine I call my supervisor he told me not to come out there he told the office to tell the tenant to cut the water off no one called them there are four people that works there that lives on the property I ended up coming out there because no one called and had to clean up water no items was damaged but I'm the... read more

Love fhe location and staff is super friendly. First day here very impressed.
The location is great! During our 2 years there were multiple changes in staff and management. A lot of problems with being incorrectly charged several times. Maintenance was nice and helpful.
There was an error in my rent payment and instead of notifying me to correct the mistake they let me know after a late fee of $175 had occured. They were very unhelpful and unforgiving throughout the ordeal. I find the management to be unethical
Absolutely love the landscaping, office staff, amenities and our clean and open floor plan apartment!
Location and building are decent. When it came time to renew, market rates had dropped so I was going to take advantage. Nope, they would only renew for my current rate. On the way out, they charged me for cleaning that they never did. Their rep said it was "standard policy" to charge, even if there was no cleaning that occurred. If you move here, you'll probably be moving out after one lease period.
