22 months to fix this issue?!? And I had to contact them over 30x to get it fixed. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost a year and I’ve loved it! The leasing office communicates well, they’re making continual improvements with the property, it’s in a great location, and it’s reasonably priced. Highly recommend POM!
Overpriced. Poorly maintained by the owner of a company that doesn’t care about its employees or more important their residents. Discrimination & Prejudice exists within the company. I was fired from there because I was Gay along with other employees of minority’s. You have too many other better options in the area. Enter at your own peril!
Horrible experience. Would not recommend living here to anyone!! Holly was only rude and difficult to work with when we had maintenance issue. The maintenance issues were only because of negligence on Providence behalf! I truly can’t find a good thing to say about this place.
A friendly community not just apartments. It's always a pleasure to chat with residents and staff while walking my dog. Shoutout to DJ, he's been great with maintenance and my dog loves him. (so you know he's trustworthy!)
Apartments appear nice, but it’s only cosmetic. Our HVAC is completely non functioning. It’s currently 85 degrees in our unit. In the winter its gotten down to 56. How is it that I have to pay $180-$300+ per month for heating/cooling a 900sqft unit, when our space is often inhabitable? This has been going on for a year and a half. Usually when I tell maintenance they just change the air filter...the windows are so cheap and old they have nearly no functionality. They are never going to permanently fix this.
