The PT and Nursing Departments always try to visit within my time ranges. The men and women work very diligently with me and push me past what I think I can do. Give good advice on different types of equipment I am looking for. Overall I believe they are the best in their industry.
My daughter was in the hospital for 3 months and was sent home with iv lines and an open abdomen requiring 3 visits a week for wound care and cleaning, changing of pic lines etc.. she is supposed to have o.t. and p.t. In addition. We are lucky if we get one visit a week usually because we call out of concern that we were forgotten. One week nobody came at all which is dangerous to not have the lines changed once a week. I feel like we need to file a complaint at this point.
Office operations are worse than horrible. They can’t keep their charts straight. The nursing staff is outstanding, but the new company that took over is the very worst. My mother was better off and better taken care of when it was Providence!!
