Very rudely spoken to by Beatrice in Walla Walla. I was berated for not returning her call immediately. Even after I apologized she continued to talk down to me. I finally just hung up on her. I will ask my provider for a referral to Dayton Wound Care clinic even though they are 30 miles away. What happened to "care" in Healthcare?

Poor company. Their state compliance has to be awful. Mom was out of the hospital for six days before the first person showed up to do an initial visit. They have called to change appointment times, and then wanted mom to change her doctor appointments when these conflicted with the times they wanted to come. After setting appointments, one was a no-show. Other 2 visits were late. Always late, appropriate orders not given, unprepared, made me feel guilty for my home not having wider doorways( it's an old house, am I supposed to renovating make them happy?) All in All I would not recommend them if you have any other options! Unfortunately I do not have any other options
