If I could I would have given them a minus 1000 stars. Providence home care started coming to my house in April of 2023. They were working with BLISTERS on my legs. I have been seeing them now for 6 months. They at Providence say that they work with people for a long long time. That is a joke. I started out with a lady called Tyee. She just kept making my legs worse. She was rubbing really hard on my legs. Then I said something about it. They gave me some one else. But the next nurse was just as bad. A lady from our church used Providence for her hospice company. They were compassionate and knowledgeable and helped make her end of life an easier transition.
Excellent service! Staff was knowledgeable and skilled in their disciplines. Communication was ongoing and staff arrived on time for appointments. They helped my mom get back on her feet. Highly recommend !!
