RecommendedThey are very caring and gentle with our dog. They always follow up to make sure she is ok after a visit. My own doctor doesn’t do that for me!
All the Drs here are awesome!! They take time with each and every pet, staff is also very helpful and understanding. I won't take my pet anywhere else 💖
Providence animal Hospital has three excellent Drs., the owner, Dr. Hollis, Dr. Smith, and Dr. Keener. They and the staff are all very passionate about the care of their patients. Best Animal Hospital in the Mt. Juliet / Nashville area!
We had our 10 week check up an first visit with Dr. Hollis an can’t say enough of how wonderful the experience was for us new puppy owners an our lil DJay the Corgi.
Dr. Hollis is the best! He takes excellent care of our dog and I would recommend Providence Animal Hospital to everyone.
I waited in my car with my dog for 30 min. My appointment was at 10:30 and finally @ 11:00 am they came and took my dog. No one spoke to me prior to taking my dog in so I called and asked why no feedback? I was not to pleased with that. They aid that there were other doctors there as I thought only Dr Hollis was there as my appointment was with Dr Hollis. My dog was getting very nervous waiting. This needs to be handled differently. That’s my only complaint.

Thank you for your input. We are so sorry for your wait. The demand for Dr. Hollis’ services are at an all-time high. He now has 2 other veterinarians seeing patients, so technicians are getting pets from multiple vehicles for those other doctor’s appointments. Please be patient with our curbside services to keep you safe during the COVID pandemic. All veterinary hospitals are overrun with a high amount of patients to be seen currently. Both Dr. Hollis and the other doc are great with our dog, who has some special needs. I am so glad we found them. The office staff is very nice, as are the techs. Highly recommend for your furry family members!
Would highly recommend Providence Animal Hospital! They are very genuine & show concern & respect to not only the humans but their fur babies as well. Curbside service was awesome. They kept me informed on the progress of my baby via phone & never rushed me when I had questions.
Since it is curbside only due to COVID-19, I was surprised how smoothly everything went. The staff was very kind and the doctor kept me informed on test results and treatments via the phone. This was the cats first visit to Dr Smith and I am pleased with the care and concern she showed.
