I had to update my original post for the review. Just got a new puppy and warning on the website and inside the office it says new pet a $25 examination fee. That is completely false advertisement it is for new clients only! Highly disappointed and upset and will not be back for any cat or dog care! I could have got the exact same thing that I just paid over $200 for 5 minutes from the house and paid $60 only reason why I brought my new puppy was because my African Gray had an appointment as well and with him being an exotic... read more

Wonderful practice! The staff is thorough and kind. They take care of cats, dogs and exotic animals such as birds, ferrets, bunnies, geckos, bearded dragons. I wouldn’t take my sweet cat anywhere else. I love Dr. Lail!!

Unfortunately l, I cannot recommend this vet to anyone and would encourage finding another vet. We had been clients for years, then today..we were turned away because they “are not an emergency clinic and need to find another place to go”. We called during businsss hours and were just a few blocks away—on their OWN WEBSITE….it says to bring your pets to them in case of an emergency during business hours. It was obvious they iuat wanted to go home on a Friday afternoon.
