Worst experience ever! The doctor is great but the wait times are horrible. I wanted to start my weekly shots for my allergies and then I showed up on the first appointment waited an hour for them to tell me they didn’t have my vial. Then when I called to speak to the manager and asked her how long the wait is going to be because I have to do they weekly, she said well the doctor doesn’t come in till 9 or 9 ish depending on traffic, which is not a big deal but why make appointments at 8:30 if the doctor doesn’t even show up ... read more

Great experience. The office staff is friendly and Dr. Casillas is EXCELLENT. He has Great bedside manner and took time to explain the medical plan to me. Also the wait time was good, I did not have to wait hours to be seen by the doctor. Update: Staff that answer the phone is rude. Also appointment to see doc in the Eastside of town takes forever, at least a month for an established patient.

They were not transparent about the new patient pricing. Rather expensive for a new patient. I didn’t know how much it was until I was already going to be billed for it. Prior to the appointment there was no discussion no recipient, nothing. I shouldn’t have had to ask that because it should be transparent, but lesson learnt and to not trust these new doctors and to ask even obvious questions, they are all greedy.
