The food for the day I guess was creole but it wasn’t good. The rice was dry the sausage was too spicy to enjoy and also super dry and bc the heat overpowered the flavor it wasn’t easy to even force down… but the hush puppies were good. I paid almost $40 for two plates without the drinks and we were so disappointed… the hospital staff was decent but the kitchen staff was short with us and fast to pass off blame or resource to the next “vendor” not okay at all. 01/14/2026 I went to ER during the early morning hours and my interactions were positive with each Professional that I came in contact with. I've been to ER in the past as well as with family members and it has always been a good experience. Thank you Providence and your Staff for all you do on a daily basis. Very Appreciative!
