I'd been looking for a therapist for months and was having a hard time finding someone who was a good fit or even responded. Provia made the process so easy. They asked a few questions about what I was looking for, and within an hour I had three therapist recommendations. I was even able to do free consultation calls before deciding. Everyone was so helpful, and I finally feel like I found the right fit.

Finding genuinely neuro-affirming providers is SO hard, so I was honestly shocked to find a whole practice that specializes in it. My partner and I see Hailey for couples therapy, I see Allie for individual therapy, and I did my ADHD evaluation with Dr. Stacia Deiro. Every single one of them is neuro-affirming and actually understands neurodivergent adults instead of trying to "fix" us. The schedulers are also super kind and always get back to me really fast. I seriously can't recommend this place enough.

I worked with two therapists through Provia Psychology, Sarah Boblak for couples therapy and Antoinette Papish for individual therapy. Sarah was an excellent listener and created a space where both my partner and I could communicate what we wanted from the relationship. I don't blame her for the relationship ultimately not working out. Looking back, however, I would have appreciated more direct feedback about our relationship dynamics if she had concerns about our long-term compatibility.
