They have awesome services
The single worst management company in America. I signed a lease for a house that apparently had been unoccupied for some time and was not ready to be moved into. It had mold, and I became very sick. First, I developed severe asthma, which put me in the ER. I then developed an aortic aneurysm that again put me in the hospital and I have not been able to work for months.
