My girlfriend and I pulled a plant out of the yard and found standing water around the roots. After digging a little more, we discovered a leaking water line. Once the pipe was exposed, the leak became much heavier and started filling the hole fast, so we shut off the water and reached out for plumbing help online. They called early the next morning and, even with a busy schedule, arranged a service visit within about a day. Malik arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his plumbing work. We had a problem with our sewer pump, so I called for plumbing service early in the morning. I was really glad the dispatcher answered right away and quickly let me know a crew would be in touch soon. A little later, the office called back and said the plumbers would arrive by 12:30, which was great. Diego and Malik showed up even earlier, around 12:10, checked the sewer pump issue, and went to pick up the needed parts. They came back quickly, repaired everything, and even upgraded the line to improve the plumbing system. Th... read more

There still aren’t enough stars I could give Provenzano Plumbing Inc. After using the same plumber for a long time in my home, I suddenly needed someone new when my garbage disposal started acting up. I was not looking forward to finding another plumbing company, because good, honest help can be hard to find, but this turned into a great experience. From the first phone call, Norman made me feel at ease. He was friendly, clear, and sounded truly honest. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead and asked if he could arr... read more

I got an alert about a big jump in my water usage, and I knew right away there had to be a plumbing leak somewhere. Since I’m still fairly new to Howard Beach, I asked a family member for a recommendation and was referred to this plumbing company. I’m very glad I called. They were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and they scheduled me for the very next day. Diego arrived on time, quickly traced the source of the water leak, and started the repair right away. He explained the plumbing issue in simple terms while h... read more
