Great customer service!! I've been a customer for many years. The staff in the office is great with customers!! Always pleasant and accommodating. The service is dependable, and the pricing is competitive. Great locally owned and operated business.
Don’t use this company. They installed our heat pumps in our new home. When one was leaking into the basement they refused to come out and service it as we no longer purchased propane from them. We had Dave’s World come out to repair the improper installation of Provencher. The line was not angled for gravity feed to outside nor was it caulked on the outside so the water ran back into our basement There was also no downspout on the exterior of the house.
