I worked with a lot of their independent adjusters and they are amazing. Chrissy, Chuck and Travis are phenomenal. Never once did they ever complain and they always provided prompt service whether on site or responsiveness via email. They were the better IA groups I've ever worked with. Kudos to all involved.
If i could give this company "0" stars i would, what a joke, no one ever calls back, probably have left 7-8 messages over the past 2 weeks, no one ever calls back, receptionist states they will place an "urgent" call back, however, i guess urgent at Provencher & Company means "never", guess we'll just have to get an attorney involved, beware of this company
