Abdul Rehman was incredibly helpful. He stuck with my request until he found a solution. And, with an upbeat attitude.
very bad customer service - they put me on hold for 12 mins so i have to disconnect and try again. Second attempt, I am directed to some voicemail. third attempt to get to reception - they just cut me off. I was inquiring about a new commercial auto policy.
Received a letter from Acrisure that I had a policy, that I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. Phoning Acrisure, I talked to Abdul Rehman who had to do a number of searches to find my account. He did not give up when others might have. He did find the information I needed. It turned out that a company I have a policy with was purchase by Acrisure. Mystery solved! Abdul Rehman's help was excellent and he was personable on a respectful.
Abdul Aslam was extremely helpful. I was a little panicked from lack of time till my vacation and wanted the paperwork taken care of before I left. He guided me to the right person Shelly Crowley who took care of me right away.
Abdul was an example of willingness to help. When most would pass the problem to someone else, as he was not the person that usually takes care of my account. he owned it and took my request to full completion.
