I would just love to say that for one I am absolutely in love with the fact that the doctor and her staff are so compassionate about the animals in their care whether it is a cat or a bird or even a reptile! It is so hard to find Veterinarian’s willing to work with our scaly companions and Dr. Waddell is one of the best I’ve been too! My “little” guy had an abscess behind his eye that was so worrisome, but after a good long visit at the vet and some good medication. He had a perfect shed and his eye was as good as new! I am very upset with them on the fact that my baby has been there off and on for 2 months with vomiting...We were asking all kinds of questions of what it could be, could we try this to see and that, automatically went to "let's do a scope" to which I denied...for 2 mo the I trust them with my baby and she didn't get better...so I took her back to her other more understanding vet that she had before. She didn't need a scope, she got a barium to check her tummy and intestines, no blockages...she has gerd and PTSD from a dog... read more
My precious Cali (english bulldog) loves coming here. In fact, she's been a part of the Provenance family since she was 10 weeks old! She visits another local vet for boarding and daycare, but I can tell Provenance is her favorite! The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and always greeting Cali with love! The doctors are well versed in their profession! Very trustworthy! I feel so comfy taking my Cali here!
We have seen Dr Clint and Dr Sarah for the past several years with 3 different pets, one of which required very extensive weekly visits. I can not say enough amazing things about the care we receive from this office. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, we truly feel like they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible.
