I would just love to say that for one I am absolutely in love with the fact that the doctor and her staff are so compassionate about the animals in their care whether it is a cat or a bird or even a reptile! It is so hard to find Veterinarian’s willing to work with our scaly companions and Dr. Waddell is one of the best I’ve been too! As a ferret owner, it can be difficult to find veterinary care for my pet, but this office exceeded all expectations. The veterinary technicians and doctor were incredibly knowledgeable, nice, compassionate, and gentle. They handled my ferret with great care after her injury, and the veterinarian clearly showed me exactly where her wounds were following an efficient exam. I never thought we would own pet rats, but here we are. My son "saved" four feeder rats from a reptile show because he didn't want them to be eaten. As you can imagine, they didn't come from the best situation and their health wasn't good. I called our vet who treats our dogs and of course, they don't treat rats. The vet techs are compassionate, gentle, and truly treat your dogs as if they were their own. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Sarah is the best. She takes time to listen to the issues and throughly explains what she does and the follow up care if needed. I rescued a ferral kitten and named him Archie. The whole staff treats every patient as if he or she were their own. Archie enjoys going to see the staff at Provenance. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.
