I can’t say enough wonderful things about Provenance Veterinary Hospital. From the moment you walk in, the receptionists are welcoming and kind, setting the tone for the entire visit. I would just love to say that for one I am absolutely in love with the fact that the doctor and her staff are so compassionate about the animals in their care whether it is a cat or a bird or even a reptile! It is so hard to find Veterinarian’s willing to work with our scaly companions and Dr. Waddell is one of the best I’ve been too! My “little” guy had an abscess behind his eye that was so worrisome, but after a good long visit at the vet and some good medication. He had a perfect shed and his eye was as good as new! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Sarah is the best. She takes time to listen to the issues and throughly explains what she does and the follow up care if needed. I rescued a ferral kitten and named him Archie. The whole staff treats every patient as if he or she were their own. Archie enjoys going to see the staff at Provenance. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.
I took my bunny there because he was suffering from gi stasis, and all of the staff was super kind and helpful. They knew exactly how to help him and were able to answer all of my questions.
I can’t say enough good things about the care my dog receives here. From the moment we walk in, both my dog and I are treated with kindness and respect. This clinic truly goes above and beyond for their clients and patients.
