My precious Cali (english bulldog) loves coming here. In fact, she's been a part of the Provenance family since she was 10 weeks old! She visits another local vet for boarding and daycare, but I can tell Provenance is her favorite! The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and always greeting Cali with love! The doctors are well versed in their profession! Very trustworthy! I feel so comfy taking my Cali here!
These Vets are simply the BEST! My pets have been a client for over 15 years and I could not ask for better care! The Dr's are caring, compassionate, state of the art, and are always willing to go above and beyond when the situation requires it. We have seen Dr Clint and Dr Sarah for the past several years with 3 different pets, one of which required very extensive weekly visits. I can not say enough amazing things about the care we receive from this office. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, we truly feel like they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. The first time I went to Provenance with my dog they gave her a couple of the vaccines that she already had received even though her vaccines were clearly on her records! One of which was rabies vaccine. I let that go to human error. I took her back again and left her only to discover they had administered Another unnecessary rabies vaccine! Then we boarded her on another occasion. They had her vaccine records and were told to let us know before they gave her any injections. When we went to pick her up, the bill was tripled ... read more
Quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. My dog loved it here and everything went smoothly. They also don't simply try to sell you a solution that isn't necessary which is pretty common with vets. This will be my pups new vet.
