Great place to work on Olympic lifting. There is plenty of space so you don't feel crowded and the coaches are great. They know their stuff.
Proven Strength is the place to go if you're interested in Olympic Weightlifting. Jenny is a spectacular coach. She has a near super-human "coaches eye" and will notice even the smallest of faults or inefficiencies in your technique and she will help you correct those issues. Her number one priority is the client. When she gives you corrective queues or advice, which she will do often, she always does it in a friendly and professional way.
