Had roof restoration done in May(9-14) 2025. I forgot to check the work before payment. The valleys were not fitted properly with gaps and tiles not watertight at places. Water is leaking to ceiling and through to the floor at various place. We waited 2 weeks for action. we were being advised that tiles will be cut to refit the gaps, but the person who came to address the problem on the 5/06/2025 was more interested in taking photos and didn't show any concern if the roof is leaking water or not.
