Pretty disappointing; we've been doing business with Proven Products for several years and two thirds of what we purchased, while they have had warranty work, it was done professional and in a timely manner. However they recommended a top of the line Maytag washer that has been broke down (5 times) and waiting on parts for eight months out of the 31 months we've had it.
