This is very shady Title which is run by only Jacki without any staff..I closed on a property in 2026 and there were some taxes dues from last year 2025 for the seller which Title didn't pay at closing settlement and I am receiving the invoices. Reached out to Jacki numerous times and she promised to take care if it and ignore the tax bills. Now I have received Notice of Tax Lien for the property. Please stay away from this Title who runs away after closing is done. Legal action is coming their way soon. The office location ... read more
