Came in with my son and got really great help and service on a Saturday despite them being busy. Not knowing that much about bikes the folks at proVelo were super friendly and helpful in explaining tradeoffs and helping me stay within budget. They walked me through the bikes and made sure we got setup and fitted properly. Thanks !
I LOVE this bike shop! I had a bike fit last season with Chris for my road bike. I had a lot of back pain after riding my new to me bike. I am now riding a lot of miles with no pain at all. I recently called Provelo to pay for my bike tune ahead of time so a friend could pick it up. Morgan answered the phone even though they were closed because he recognized my number! They have shown me how to fix small problems with my mountain bike myself and not charged for the lesson ( even though I wanted them to). They excel at custom... read more
The guys at Pro Velo are always super friendly, are very knowledgeable of all aspects of cycling, treat your bike as if it's their own, whether it's an older model steel Schwinn Le Tour or bran new carbon Canondale. I think I owe them a growler or something. Looking forward to another year with First City Cycling and Pro Velo.
