Bought a new bike for my wife for her birthday this week. Chris was great about doing whatever it took to get it dialed in for her, changing out the stem and getting it sized perfectly. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Great customer service and a huge selection of brands to choose from.
These guys helped me out in the middle of a trip far from home. I sheared a rear through-axle on my Ibis Mojo3 at Curt Gowdy State Park. They didn't have any in stock but offered to pull one off a demo bike. They had the right hanger and rear derailleur too. Saved my trip! Thanks Morgan!
