Had tried to get blood drawn for GENOVA diagnostics kit for 6 months. With multiple agencies claiming they could do, and then rejecting day of. ProVein confirmed they have worked with these test kits and were aware of processing special needs. Scheduling was easy, communication was good. Tiara came out to home was dressed professionally and had a kit with anything she might need. Blood drawl and kit was taken, notified when kit was shipped. These folks are so incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. Flawless customer service. I'm self employed and live and die by my billable hours. To have someone come to my office and take my samples to Labcorp saves me a couple hundred bucks of cancelled appointments. Tiara(probably spelled wrong) is the nicest most responsive person......
