I contracted with ProValue engineering almost 2 months ago on a traffic study. They informed me it would take 4 weeks to complete from the time of payment. We are now at a little over 7 weeks following the payment date and no updates, no study, and no contact (that isn't initiated from my side). I would understand delays so long as these were communicated proactively, but its been radio silence post payment with these guys. Their pages are alright laid out but if you have any questions, you can call all you want and they won’t answer any phone calls. And they aren’t even open on Friday which I guess doesn’t matter because you can’t get ahold of them any other day either. Poor customer service.
