First I will say that I believe Dr. Prouse is probably a good dentist. He has poor bedside manners Last month, I called for an appointment because I had severe pain with heat and asked only if I could come in for an x-ray and if needed, a prescription for an antibiotic. As I have mitral valve prolapse, I am always concerned about a heart infection. I was told he could not see me for four days. Dr. Prouse is a great Doctor. His staff is atentive and is willing to do what ever the can to make your visit a plesent one.

I have been a patient for 20 plus years and even though I've moved more than 60 miles one way away from his office, I'd think of no other dentist I'd go to. I make the drive! His dental practice, staff and his expertise are WELL WORTH IT.
Dr. Prouse's office is very pleasant and comfortable. After having extensive dental work in 40 years, he covers the basics well, but I'm not overwhelmingly happy with recent bridges. My teenage boys get their work done at his office, no complaints there. Just don't ever be late for an appointment, they are merciless about rescheduling!
