Kind staff. Excellent dental care
I've been going to Dr. Prouse for years, and it has been a great experience overall. The office staff is top notch, the hygienists are really good, and Dr. Prouse is very competent and uses the best dental techniques available. The atmosphere in the office is warm, relaxed, and friendly. Everything is sparkly clean and comfortable. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Additionally, their prices are reasonable and within my budget. I feel like they really care about me.

First I will say that I believe Dr. Prouse is probably a good dentist. He has poor bedside manners Last month, I called for an appointment because I had severe pain with heat and asked only if I could come in for an x-ray and if needed, a prescription for an antibiotic. As I have mitral valve prolapse, I am always concerned about a heart infection. I was told he could not see me for four days. I have had problems with crowns, and root canal. Great staff, but the doc seems to be impatient, and more detailed work had problems and needed to be redone at another visit. He did not charge extra for these failed services, but the added pain and time lost is a negative.
Friendly Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really loved the digital x-rays and sonic teeth cleaning. I also liked the goody bag with toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. Nice touch! I have recommended them to several of my friends.
Dr. Prouse is a great Doctor. His staff is atentive and is willing to do what ever the can to make your visit a plesent one.
