Wouldn’t even give this company a star if I had the option 100% on the service side spent 100000 on truck at 20 k brought in for engine noise. They disabled the onboard brake wear sensors and said the brakes were worn….which they were not ..obviously , didn’t need to be changed till 50k later. Lying, manipulative and just plain shady. My husband always wanted a GM was a big fan of the vehicles. Needless to say to say not anymore! I purchased a 2023 Colorado in June of 24 and once I signed the papers my sales rep Kyle was done with me. I called left messages or couldn’t because his mailbox was full never return a call.
