05-Jun-26 Update: the Friday apt mentioned by Prouse in their response, yep they cancelled again. It finally went in this morning at 8am and guess what, they didn't get it in the garage until 1pm and I'm picking up my XT5 with 1 out of the three jobs done. They were nice enough to reschedule that work Monday lol. 2 months so far to finish 2 warranty jobs and a back wiper motor. Oh and 1 job they said was covered under warranty they said I have to pay a $170 diagnostic fee for 1 hour before warranty work gets approved. Not th... read more

I am sitting in the parking lot AGAIN because they are behind in the garage and can't take my car in for my scheduled appointment. They don't even care that I had to arrange transportation for my son today and change my work schedule. No call the night before or anything. I had to show up just for them to save we can't keep our word and your appointment today. I can't wait to sell my Cadillac, this is the worst garage in Ontario for sure.
