Called to check to see if they do appliance repair. They do not, which is fine. Guy on the phone was super rude and needs some coaching on dealing with customers. I am also pricing out furnace repair and considered calling them, but that went out the window with how the guy was on the phone. Hard pass!
Very impressed by Nate, who fitted a new furnace for me and came out to help when we had a problem. Highly recommend!
